Queena concentrates her practice in fighting for Claimants' rights in workers' compensation and Social Security Disability matters. Queena is an active trial lawyer and has many years of experience representing clients throughout Pennsylvania. She handles cases from the initial filing of a claim through the appellate process and settlement.
Queena started her career representing underprivileged clients at the Widener Law School Civil Law Clinic on a pro bono basis. She then spent several years as an associate working for a Claimants' law firm. She has had a workers' compensation case summary published by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Pennsylvania Administrative Law Journal. She also lectures statewide on the topic of workers' compensation for various organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Queena is a member of the Pennsylvania, Dauphin County, and Cumberland County Bar Associations, and she currently serves as Chairperson of the Dauphin County Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section. Queena also had the honor of being named a Rising Star by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publication.
